Kalovio publishes and schedules content to your LinkedIn account at your direction, using LinkedIn's official API. You are responsible for the content you publish.
You agree to use Kalovio in compliance with the LinkedIn User Agreement and API terms. Do not use it for spam, harassment, or unlawful content. We may suspend access for misuse.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. LinkedIn access tokens expire (~60 days) and LinkedIn may change or revoke API access at any time; scheduled posts may fail for reasons outside our control, and you should verify important posts.
To the extent permitted by law, Kalovio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
