Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

Kalovio lets you draft, schedule, and publish posts to your own LinkedIn account through Claude or ChatGPT. This policy explains what we handle and why.

What we store

How we use it

Solely to provide the service you request — writing, scheduling, and publishing your posts. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or combine it across accounts.

Website analytics

Our public pages — the home page, our articles, and this policy — use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages people find useful. It sets cookies and collects standard web analytics data such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from a truncated IP address), device and browser type, and the site you arrived from. We use it only to understand how the site is used.

This runs on our public marketing pages only. We deliberately do not load analytics on the LinkedIn sign-in and consent screens, the private upload page, the reconnect page, or the admin area — so your sign-in flow and your uploads are not tracked by any third party. Analytics is never connected to your LinkedIn account, your posts, or your drafts.

You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, a tracker-blocking extension, or your browser’s “do not track” and cookie controls. Blocking it does not affect the product in any way.

Retention & deletion

You can disconnect at any time by removing the connector in Claude or ChatGPT, or by revoking access in LinkedIn. On disconnect or request we delete your stored tokens and data. Email support@kalovio.com to request deletion.

Security

Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure; tokens are encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS.
